Tamara, the chef and founder, has managed her own bakery business in her hometown Jordan for the last four years. Passionate about the benefits of the  Levantine culture, Tamara has always dreamt of providing a setting to escape from daily life and personal challenges, encouraging social interaction and creativity through innovative products and a chance to explore new talents. She is keen on creating an environment of cultural growth where every customer can experience diversification through the Levantine experience at T by Tamara, whether through the atmosphere and interior or the desserts and foods.
